Actually, quite a lot of STFM's were shipped with 1.04. E.g. all the cheap 520 and 1040 sold in UK from 1990. Also, from 1990 most ST's sold in Norway had 1.04. I would guess this also applies to swedish ST's as the "norwegian" ST's all had swedish keyboards...
