Thanks for all the info.

The guy selling the system used it mainly for audio purposes. I don't think I'm going to go for it, since I would probably not use all the extra audio hardware on it, which would be a waste and a shame.

About those LAN adaptors, do they also work with 1040ST's? I still have my old one stored away somewhere.
