Well, to answer all your questions;

Yes, CT60 will fit into standard Falcon case without a PSU. You'll need an external ATX PSU.

You CAN modify an ATX PSU to work with a regular Falcon/ST/TT. It's fairly easy to do and Google will help you find lots of guides on how to do it.
