It depends what port your using and what you are connecting it too.
Without that info I can only suggest use the default config (SCC driver not the ESCC IIRC).
You can use the modem port at +200kbits with hsmodem as long as whatever you are connecting it too can also use that rate (most PC's cant but look for SHMOD which will enable the high speed driver).
