Are you talking about audible noise or electrical noise. Either way i'm not sure that the falcon fan is a problem. The PC in my studio is far noisier audibly than my Falcon, and probably electrically too.

My Falcon is in a standard case so any experiments I could do regarding cooling effiency wont be relevant to your case.
