If you're that concerned, and considering your application, I would think about removing the PSU completely and locating it somewhere out of and far away from the computer, and connect it to the motherboard with extensions. Heat sinks will only help if there is displacement of the surrounding air. Besides, the PSU already has heat sinks... Adding more or bigger ones is pointless if the PSU itself is still enclosed in the same space with no additional fans.
