I want to, my god do I want to, but I am not entirely convinced its going to be worth the outlay for me.
I am thinking of sellign off the TT and getting a hardware accel for the Falcon, or even just flogging the Falcon off and getting a GFX card for the TT? - I dont care which, but will I get as much as I want?
Decisions decisions... I hate letting go of anything! - I still have all my old computers stuffed in boxes ( Speccys, CBM, Oric, MSX, BBC - You name it! ) Will I ever use them again? No!, but will I ever sell them? Unlikely!
Will I ever sell the Atari kit? again, unlikely!

Right, I will go into the Attic tonight ( no I wont, its a bit late... I will do it tomorrow ) I will run GEMBENCH 4.3 and grab the results as normal, and with Magic and with NVDI, and of course with both Magic and NVDI... I will do this on both the Falcon and the TT and you can see just how much the difference is! - its absolutely massive!
I am still trying to work on the Eclipse card for the Falcon... I was told that the PSU might be the culprit, and I have not really had the chance to get down to checking this out for sure, but from what I have managed to see, I am impressed, its close to the speed of the TT.
A real-life speed check I use is when moving up/down a HTML file in CAB... The Falcon takes ages to draw the screen, and scrolling is awful, while on the TT it is near to flawless and pure silk when scrolling.
The same when moving windows with the contents being displayed... the falcon cannot do it, so I have it set to off, but the TT hardly glitches at all!
Oh, I thought both the TT and Falcon were 32Bit! - the Falcon is 16 while the TT is 32... Also the TT has no blitter, yet the TT without a blitter blits a hell of a lot faster than the Falcon does with one!
