IRCNet is the only real option I'd say. No-one I know of ever uses DALNet. Recommended channels: #atari, #atariscne, #atari-nl, #atari-venlo-centrum-noord (yes, that one does exist!). I visit the last three most regularly, due to a lack of time I do not spend as much time on #atari as I used to.
