Maybe you can use samba printer, I have saw some samba client for Atari on the net, but I don't know if it can allow to print to samba printer.

I tried to print from my Falcon to my Linux box lpd and it works nice, however I cannot print graphics, but only text.

It could be nice if there be some spooler which take output from GDOS driver and send it to lpd or samba printer.
