I think its the same as it is on the TT.
You need a special Monitor to do it.
SVGA can do it, but the display freq is way off!
There is no reason why an adapter cannot be made to allow it, ( It will be the same as using SVGA for STHIGH, but with TTHIGH instead! ) but as far as I know, there is nothing of the kind!
Shame!
Get yourself a Graphics card!
That will let ou do those resolutions, but TT High is ONMICHROME ( 2 colours like MONO but you can chose the colours not just B/W ) and you can use full-colour instead!
