None of the Systems I have setup, with any version of NT/2K works as it should! Ok, so something may be missing or setup wrong on a system to force somethig to not work, but the chances of every one of my systems, and every other system I have tried it on, all giving me the exact same rubbish, is obviously proof that GEMulator simply DOES NOT WORK on NT... Maybe it does in the US?
