Nah, ME is a great system. I personally dont like it however, but its still a good OS. Its a bit of a sre poit with a lot of PC users ( hehe - tough poo eh? )
GEMulator runs fine under ME... I set it up on a mates P2/266 a while back, and its still on there, running perfectly fine, after what? 7 months? so it does go well.
LAPTOP & Floppy Speed
I have always had the same issue - floppy does go slow on all GEMulators on all PCs I think? maybe its the atari compatibility issue that is slowng it down?
Yes, other emulators do seem to work fine on 2K, but then, I dont want to emulate an ST to play games - I have the real ST for that, I want to emulate an Atari as in have the speed too so I can use real software.
The whole idea behind wanting to use GEMulator for me I suppose?
