If you used IBM format originally, just put them in! Otherwise, you have four options.
1) Use a real Atari to copy your files to IBM formatted DS/DD disks (still available new via mailorder).
2) Use Gemulator Explorer (I think that's the name) to read your Atari disks on Windows 9x (not XP, sorry). See www.emulators.com for details.
3) Use some form of cable (network, nullmodem, parallel) to transfer the data. Emailing yourself works pretty well if your Atari has a TCP/IP stack running.
4) Access your Atari disks in an Atari emulator. Gemulator (see #2) is probably the best at reading Atari disks.
