When I try to install Debian 3.0 everything looks OK. When the installation tries to excess the Debian CD the installation program reports that it can't mount the CD (The CDROM drive is detected!!). In the 2.2R4 distribution the cd is mounted correctly when the system boots the first time the system crashes.
I am beginning to get a little frustrated.
Did you install from floppy?
Could you maybe give me some info on how you installed the OS on your Atari (mail: sijtsma39@zonnet.nl) . I think that this could help a Linux Atari beginner like me a lot.
