Thank you for the good overview.
There are a few reasons I mentioned PPC.
1) my company happens to make a PPC motherboard.
2) My company has a running clone of AmigaOS, called MorphOS.
3) to facilitate 2 on 1, we have a 680x0 emulator built-into the system for running legacy apps, even tho the OS itself is fully native.
Overall, it does not look like a major challenge, due to TOS's design. But we don't have the resources to make another OS clone, without some cause. But the idea is interesting.
