I think Alex meant 85% of the die-hard Atari 16/32-bit users have a 68030-based machine. I'm sure if you include ALL Atari 16/32-bit users, 85% would be too high.
The people who don't fall into the "die-hard" include those who:
1. Play an occasional game
2. Don't have a hard drive
3. Aren't willing to spend money on anything for the ST over $30
4. Complain they can't find DS/DD disks
5. Refuse to purchase ST items through mail order
6. Don't buy HD Driver (if they have a hard drive) and complain about the shortcomings of AHDI, CBHD, etc. and how much it costs.
7. Stick their ST in their closet and only take it out every once in a while.
8. Don't have a 68030-based Atari. :)
I hope I don't get flamed too much for the above list. <grin>
