Save the DOCs as TXT or ASCII TXT. Yes, it will strip out all your formatting, but you'll have you data in a format Windows can read. You could also download:

Wordperfect 4.1 for the ST

Resave your data in Wordperfect, then if you have Word or Wordpefect on your Windows machine it MIGHT port over with all your BOLD, UNDERLINing, etc. It's easier just to save as text though.
