OK.
1.) Hook up an Atari drive (ie. 1050) to a Com port on the PC with an APE Pro serial cable and turn on the drive.
2.) Start up APE Pro and scan the bus. The drive should be detected. If not, Re-Scan the bus and it should come up.
3.) Select ATR Functions and Write ATR image to "Real Disk".
4.) Browse to the image you want and select it.
5.) Check for any options you may want (ie. Write Empty Sectors), Select "Start" and the ATR image will be written to the Atari disk.
