If you're using it in high resolution mode, then an ST-to-VGA adapter should do the trick, as these LCD screens for PCs are VGA. However, the native resolutions tend to be 1,024x768 or something higher. The ST display would get stretched to fill that, and it looks staggeringly ugly. LCDs have what's known as a native resolution - put in a signal either side of that and you get nasty scaling artifacts.
