Hi,

Sounds like you may have a blown Yamaha chip, as it does sound, printer port, and floppy disk drive. Can you try playing a Yamaha chip tune on it?

The printer port on the Falcon is not buffered in any way, the pins go direct to the Yamaha chip.

On the Falcon it's an SMD device, so one can't be pulled from an ST :( Not sure where you can get them from, maybe Atari Workshop have one.
