Hmm. I'm almost positive that the .raw file was the exact same thing as the .prg, only without a specific configuration.
Are you sure you're not mixing versions of the Toolkit software?
You really should be using 5.xx rather than 4.xx, and I didn't think the old configurator worked with the former.

You shouldn't need that if you use NVDI.
The problem was that the standard Falcon VDI always uses the blitter chip for blitting, and that can not work from the AB040 RAM (to which your TOS has been copied).

MagiC is certainly supposed to work, if you have things configured properly. Isn't there some MagiC configuration example included (might have been only with v5.xx)?
