I used something like 'RAMFREE.ACC'(?) to keep track of RAM consumtion. With 2.06 loaded from disk, I lost several hundreds K off my 4MB. Later on I burned 2.06 into ROMs, and then I had all 4 MEGs back! And, although I don't remember this 100%, I think My benchmark apps reported a slight increasement in speed, for some functions, when 2.06 was loaded from disk ie into RAM...
