Don't give up hope yet Chris. I've only had my CT60 for about 2 weeks. Look over the installation instructions, as you may have to go shopping at a electronics supply store for a few inexpensive parts (such as HE13 connectors) that the big guys (CompUSA, Best Buy, etc.) don't sell at their physical stores.
