Doesn't matter, I'm only going to install it for fun, not serious use. I took it to work and also the college where I teach in the evenings, both my boss and students were really impressed!
An Atari ST with Intel Inside, how ironic! Ah, I forgot about the "compatible" chips from that era - I would want a real Intel if I can get it though. I just love that golden "Technologie und Zukunft" sticker on one chip - I am interested in what that chip is (most likely custom logic by Vortex) but also don't want to ruin the sticker by peeling it off. The mystery factor is also cool.
No worries about the cover, I understand. I still hope one day we may have the pleasure.
