Hi !

I don't know were to find it, but you should find it quite easily with google or yahoo. Seek for atari gemview.

Both GEMVIEW and Speed Of Light (SOL) can convert graphics format. But if I were you I will convert my JPEG files with my PC and not with my ATARI as far as the PC can handle the target format. The convertion will be made faster.
