1. Make sure the disk is not jumpered into parity mode, the MSTe SCSI controller won't like that.

2. If you're unlucky, the disk requires SCSI-initiator ID (popular models which require this include Quantum Empire and Fireballs). I think you're out of luck then. Maybe an external SCSI-link will work, but I'm not sure.
