I saved data in 1993 with a Atari 1024ST on a 3'5 disk. I kept the disk... but my Atari died!

For legal purpose I have to prove I've done it at that date

Is there any way of finding out the date when a disk has been mastered... and to be shure it hasn't been modified after this date

Unfortunately, I think you are out of luck. Although most computers (including the ST) time and date stamp files, all you need to do is to change the computer's clock and you can change the file's date to whatever you wish.

A high end lab (like the FBI has) could probably prove that the disk hadn't been written to for the last few years by measuring the magnetic field of the disk, but I don't think they have one year accuracy either.
