Well there is a market, especially for poor countries as we discussed a few days ago in another forum...
But it is of no interest for the publisher formerly known as Infogrames.
It would be nothing more than a children's computer and not rather good for the one whose name is pinned upon it.
It may be even hazardous if you are also trying to sell top PC games under the same label...
Another idea would be an own video game console... No, at the most T.P.F.K.A.I. will only sell their name to label a console of the big ones... and the winner is... Microsoft.
