I don't know Falcon but despite you checked the power supply this seems to be a power failure problem... May be try to check any plugs connection from your wall power plug to the motherboard. Mind the hight voltage, please !!! I think one connection is loosed somewhere. But as I previously said, I don't know Falcon... One method to discard any "loosed" connections problem is to gently shake the machine while running or while not running to make it change its state. If suddently the machine trun off or on, there is a wire, a solder spot or a plug involved in the problem and that moves enought to create a problem even if it moves just a little bit.
