Helle there.
First, you can use a graphics card like matrix or nova to use a vga-monitor. I think you can get them up to four megs big, so 1024x768 in true colour is possible.
Second, you can use internal hard drives with parity disabled up to 512 mb (or enable parity on the megaSte, if you know how to do), but additionally you have the possibility to use a Link-scsi-interface which lets you connect any scsi-drive up to I think it was two tb (yes - two thousand mb!) using hddriver and either mint or magic.
