Works under both. I know a port of 2.8.1 has been done, but maybe a newer version exists. I don't know whether there is still a TOS maintainer for the Gnu C ports, hunt around on FTP sites like ftp.lip6.fr

You can download the freeware Gnu C compiler from most internet FTP sites. It is relatively easy to configure if you follow the instructions carefully and there are GEM libraries for it.
