Years ago I ordered Apex from them, they said they had no copies of the latest version in stock so they would send me out a older version and then give me a free upgrade when it was available. Never got it despite sending them my master disk (thankfully I made a backup). At the same time I tried to get a copy of that digitiser hardware they had for the Falcon (the name escapes me). They kept the check I sent them for months (fortuantly not cashing it) while apparently waiting for new stock. I eventually cancelled it and have had nothing to do with them since.
