Hi !

You may have problems to guet everything from a software :

_ Processor type : I doubt, maybe with the cookies jar available with STE and further but not with STF and lower. By deduction you may consider that if information for processors are not available, it is a Motorola 68000. I don't know for Intel 80286 emulator cards you could sometime find.
_ Processor speed : not directly. You will be force to design a loop that you know how much time it takes it to loop. So even overclock system will be mesured.

All the others specifications are available from system variables. The main problem is that the varaibles are not located at the same place on any machine. Some have BIOS, XBIOS, or GEM access, but some others...

ATARI dealers had got at those times a machine test cartridge to plug into the (so named) cartrige port for a machine to boot from. Those cartridge used to checked up the hardware to lead the repair man. I never found one left, neither the code inside. You may be more lucky than I was...
