B) is the best quality. ST video signal straight to the monitor.

With A), the STs video signal is encoded into radio signal, "broadcast" via the RF port to the video machine, decoded by the video machine, converted back to an RGB/composite video signal, sent to the monitor where it is decoded and displayed
.
Non-digital conversions will always lose you quality, especially via RF...
