£120 is a little steep starting price for a very low spec Falcon and no software. I am not saying you will not get it but still.......
I got mine on E-Bay for £120 a year or so ago and it came with a shed load of software/manuals, etc and a monitor (let along being a better machine). I even had to leave some stuff there as it would not fit into my car.
I got a Mege STE for £100 on e-bay with free (high spec) STFM, monitors, scanner, modem and 10s of boxes apon boxes of stuff (new sotware, mags, cover disks) - this place was only an hour away so made two trips!
If Atari stuff is selling this well then I may be selling some stuff soon.
