Yes, on any Atari, you can emulate a Mac, fairly respectably too!
You are limited by the machine you are using though.
For example, using a basic ST, you will only ( AFAIK ) be able to emulate a MacPlus at best,and the best most reliable way to do this, is to use a hardware emulator such as Spectre, which is a cartridge containing the Mac ROMs, plus a boot up program.
You will also need to have a Mac Partition or two as it cannot read the Atari Formats.
I have one of these, and its still in use ( or at least I have never taken it off and occasionally use it for no actual reason other than for fun )
Also, I think the highest MacOS version you can use, is MacOS 6? - I even think that maybe up to 6.5 is ok, but 6.6 onwards is not?? Cannot truly verify this as the Floppies that I got mine on were very possibly corrupt?
Also, for the Falcon, I am sure that there was/is a Colour Mac emulator? - Sure I read, but never actually saw?
