What tcp/ip stack you are using on your ST? Your ST must work as a router (tcp/ip stack must support packet forwarding). It is possible to do it with MiNT-net, but I am not sure about STiK and the others.

I think that the best way is make second EtherNEC and put your Falcon to the same network as your ST using HUB or SWITCH.

Than you must set your PC as a router between your LAN and internet.
