Hi,
As Guybrush would say, been there done that! It seems ahdi doesn't work with large drives. Maybe with bigdos would but I cant work it out. Your best bet is hddriver. Scsi tools might be an option though I doubt it. It doesn't work for me anyway. Best of luck and let me know if you manage anything.
