A-A comes from an free port of ACIA chips
There are used to switch hardware speeders fom 16 Mhz board clock to 32/40 Mhz (only with extra hardware)

In this moment, without speeder, both wires are sensless.
(or they are soldered on mainboard in the middle?)

D- simple is an ClockPatch, descriptions around web and some FAQs

B- looks like an noise reduction of a bad falcon audio system

C- never seen before. looks like a modification for floppy device, but canīt say for what. (green wire)

Other orange thing looks like to clean a scsi signal.

Black wire on L66 must been uses for a clock modification before..
