Audio encoding apps (mp2/mp3/ogg) uses FPU with great benefit.
Some demos uses FPU and some graphical apps and some layout apps does as well.

For pure midi, websurfing or wordprocessing tasks, there's no benefit (although JPEG decoding could benefit? Just a guess).
