You should check out the Wizztronics Falcon Rack. The cheapest option is to put the mb into a suitable pc case, but I didn't want to mess with that. The Wizztronics Falcon rack used to be really expensive, but Steve is clearing out his remaining stock for $99.00ish, US. After having bought one and installed my CT60 mb in it, I am very pleased with it. It is built like a tank, and is probably the best and most elegant rackmount solution out there. All the rear ports are directly accessable, the only extenders nessesary are for the cart, midi and keyboard/mouse ports. $99.00 gets you just the case, the extenders are extra. I got the extenders for all those from Steve, but some might be able to make them and save some money/time. Look at;

Altogether still a bit more expensive than the pc case option, but if a rackmount solution is what you need, it's probably the best.
If you are getting a CT60, you won't need the power supply he provides (extra.)
The best mouse solution is probably the Eiffel.
