I have no idea if it would work or not. I guess it's possible that all three extra outs would work! One way to find out!
I wish there were some way for Steinberg/Pinnacle to release the code, but I'm not holding my breath! Hell, I'd gladly pay them for 1 person there at the company to do some minor little adjustments, like removing the SCSI only thing, since IDE's are often faster now than SCSI was in '93 - '97. Perhaps the faster HD speeds available now would permit more uncompressed tracks, especially on accelerated Falcons? I know, I'm a dreamer musician, not a techy, and I'm probably all wet, but if I understand it correctly, the whole thing about using compression for 16 tracks is about how much data will move throught the SCSI bus. It'd be cool to get a couple more tracks! There are other things that could be improved, like some way to use newer printer drivers. (I score a lot!)
