Should just be a composite monitor if it's designed for the C64. You should just be able to pick up a composite monitor cable (the kind with seperate chroma/lumina conductors) and plug it in. Plugs into the "monitor" port on the 800XL (other end plugs into the audio/video jacks on the monitor). B&C ComputerVisions still has them and other vendors as well I'm sure.
