The problem using original ROMS (.MSA or .ST) depends on the emulators' capability to handle (or not to handle) most boot-protections, we coder used once upon a time ... there's stuff like sync-protection, which will never work on emulators, coz ... they're only EMULATORS and nothing else :)))
But nevertheless, check out the link I provided for some patches of the most famous demos. After that they'll work fine :)
