Excuse my ignorance, do you mean circuit diagrams of the internal wiring for the TT? If so I think I have some but I don't know if they are what you are looking for. They are in 2 compessed files. Details:
"tt_ray.zip" contains a series of 12 images of the circuits of an Atari TT030 I think. Engineers drawings from Atari Corp it seems.
"tt-img.lzh" contains two images of cicuit diagrams for the TT030 relating to Fast Ram and Video I think.
If you want them just let me know & I'll email them as an attachment if thats ok?
I'm glad to here people are still producing stuff for the TT - I haven't had mine long.
