Hello Charlie,

Schematics Mania (http://atari.greatnow.com) has two zipfiles of schematics for the 1040ST.

What isn't working properly? I assume the power light comes on. Does it try to boot from a disk? Does anything appear on the screen?

If it is just a loose connection, the "Universal 4-inch Drop" works for all Atari and Amiga computers by knocking the chips back in place.
