Well when It happened to my ancient well-loved STE I did the only thing you can in that situation and sprayed the case plastics black... I also painted the keys gold and it looks wicked cool ;-) Of course I also have the world of plastics from dead STs so I could have just rehoused it... but a black and gold STE looks stunning!!
