I am no falcon authority, but my humble guess, fenix, is that perhaps you're thinking of something else.
Unless the MkII wasn't a Falcon.

Changing the bus to 32bit would be, shall we say, a significant modification!!

If you installed an accelerator that has it's own memory on-board, you would get a 32bit data + address bus to "TT" ram.
However, there would still be no way of accessing ST ram and its memory-mapped peripherals 32bits at a time...

By "memory mapped peripherals", I am talking about all of the other hardware on the motherboard - the videl, dsp, blitter, sound chips, legacy ST chips, the tos roms, IDE interface etc etc
