Yes there is...

Either GhostScript (Postscript and PDF file viewer) or Porthos (a newer, more GUI-based viewer) should work for you. GhostScript is free, but slow and not as obvious in its usage. Porthos is Shareware (but not too expensive), and is better for people averse to dealing with anything but a GUI.
