The best place to try is on Ebay. I got my (then non upgraded) 520STe for just over £40 with over 100 discs of games and serious software in good condition, including delivery. However dont worry too much about memory, you can get SIMM sticks for copper to upgrade to 4mb and it's very easy to do.
TT's are another matter. They are as rare as unicorns and about as hard to track down. They also cost a LOT more, expect to part with a three figure sum easily. However they are bloody good machines. Only a handful were ever built though:( If your looking for a "power" system you might be better off with a Falcon, much cheaper and the high colour depth video is a big bonus.
